Canva Font Pairings for Fashion & Accessory brands

Let's face it, you wouldn't randomly pair items in your latest fashion collection during a shoot so why are doing that with your brand typography? Type plays a vital role in your brand identity. Your typography has just as much mood as the colors, shapes, and various elements that make up your brand. Ask yourself "do these fonts complement my current logo and brand?"

Canva has blown up over the past couple of years, and while I still advocate for a designer to join your team I understand startup costs. There is art when it comes to fonts, hierarchy, and layout and I recommend teaching yourself some basic design techniques before diving into Canva all willy nilly.

Here are my favorite Canva font pairings for fashion brands as of 2021:

ARCHIVO BLACK + DM SANS

ARAPEY + QUESTRIAL

AGRANDIR GRAND + CATCHY MAGER

ROXBOROUGHCF BOLD + MONTSERRAT

TAN MON CHERI + LUSTRIA

BLACK MANGO + GAYATHRI LIGHT

RIGOT + BALGIN

When in doubt finding fonts with multiple weights (bold, black, light, etc.) make for a good pairing! Play around with the weight, capitalization, and spacing.

MONTSERRAT CLASSIC + MONTSERRAT

GAYATHRI (CAPS) + GAYATHRI LIGHT.
